Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Please record an unboxing video for any claims — this helps us process your return faster.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or wrong items.
  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, size, or design preferences.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Message us on WhatsApp within 3 days.
  • Share your order number, details, and unboxing video.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or store credit after the product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are not issued for delivery charges unless the error was on our end.
